“What some call health, if purchased by perpetual anxiety about diet, isn’t much better than tedious disease.” ~Alexander Pope This quote pretty much sums up my feelings towards the phrase: “I’m on a diet.”  Being truly healthy is a state of mind and body.  Making a committment to eating better (not always less!), working out daily, and ridding your life of excess stresses will help you achieve your goals.
