Holy Guacamole!I love to cook! I can remember watching my mom make hundreds of meals growing up and I couldn’t wait until I could have free reign in the kitchen. Having a baby definitely makes it more difficult to do all the cooking I used to do but I am slowly finding myself back in the kitchen (with a little help from our FisherPrice bouncer—see “Love It!“). I hope to share some of my own recipes with you but it will take time because I never really follow one. Maybe it’s an Italian thing! For now, here’s one from the allrecipes.com–a site I use at least once a week.
