My husband and I are Beachbody coaches.  We first started using the well-known program, P90X, to get in shape for our wedding.  We had great success while working out so we decided to join the team of coaches and begin a business doing what we love–working out and helping others achieve their goals.  There are so many programs to choose from, you’re bound to find one you enjoy.  Because of our involvement in Beachbody, I have been fortunate enough to stay home with our first baby.  I could not ask for a more fufilling reward!

SnackHealthy is an up and coming company that has developed a new vision for snacking.  These “great-tasting, honestly nutritious products” are available for purchase through my husband and myself.  My husband’s entrepreneurial spirit led to our involvement in SnackHealthy.  We both believe that because we care about what we put into our bodies, you should too.

Holy Guacamole!

I love to cook! I can remember watching my mom make hundreds of meals growing up and I couldn’t wait until I could have free reign in the kitchen.  Having a baby definitely makes it more difficult to do all the cooking I used to do but I am slowly finding myself back in the kitchen (with a little help from our FisherPrice bouncer—see “Love It!“).  I hope to share some of my own recipes with you but it will take time because I never really follow one.  Maybe it’s an Italian thing!  For now, here’s one from the–a site I use at least once a week.
