P90 Workout Program

On November 3rd, I will begin my P90 Test Group. What is a test group? It’s an accountability group on Facebook that is for people who have never done the P90 workout program. Another bonus–I will be doing the program with you!



What’s in it for me?
It’s proven that people who complete a workout program with the help of a Beachbody Coach are 80% more likely to have success and reach their goals. The participants in my Biggest Loser Challenge are already down 21 lbs and 30 inches and that is just after 2 weeks! I am so proud of them!!



You will get daily motivation and support from me and others in the group, recipes and tips. There will be some awesome prizes and giveaways for participation and transformation stories too.



How Do I Join?
All you need to do is go to the group on Facebook–JOIN MY P90 GROUP!–and ask to join the group.



What Do I Get?

You will get the newest workout program from Tony Horton, P90. Don’t worry! It is nowhere near as scary as P90X!! Included will a set of 10 workouts on 4 DVDs: Each of P90’s 3 progressive phases are designed to gradually ease your body past its old limits. So after 30 days of P90, you’re leaner and more solid; after 60 days, you’re seeing muscles you’ve never noticed before, and by Day 90 you can finally have that lean, strong body you have been pushing for. The workouts are 25-45 minutes long and can fit into the busiest of schedules.



Included is the nutrition guide which is so simple to use. You won’t have to count calories or second guess what to eat.



You will also get a month’s supply of Shakeology–your daily dose of nutrition. You can use this to replace a meal or if you are a nursing mama like myself, you can use it as a snack to help boost your calorie count through the day (we can chat more about your goals and needs, too).
