Fit and Fab with the Fix

The Fit & Fab with the Fix challenge begins on Monday, February 16th. I kickstarted my post-baby #2 fitness journey with the 21 Day Fix and a year later I am still using it! It took me 21 days to learn what a portion of rice and oats looks like. It took me 21 days to learn that my body works so much better when I eat every few hours. It took me 21 days to learn these things that make me healthier, happier, and a better version of myself.

I am not one to set resolutions but I am a goal setter. And my goal for 2015 is to help as many people get healthier and happier too. I am on a mission to be a better me. To stop comparing myself to others. To stop comparing my start to someone else’s finish. And I want to help you do the same. So join me for this challenge. It is going to be a real game changer.
